Positive Locking handle ( a secure spring loaded latch and large-ID Pull-Loop) on the side gate assembly for easy conductor clip-in and for easy conductor clip-in and for hot-stick operations.
Universal Conductor Stringing Blocks are used for overhead transmission line conductor or OPGW stringing. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy. It can be used as suspension block on an insulator, pole bracket or cross arm.
It is a versatile block, it either used in the head of insulator string, or fixed on the caliper of crossarm.
Application
It can be used for haning on the insulator string, or fixed on the caliper of crossarm. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy, the frame is made of galvanized steel. The block is used for conductor stringing operation. It could be used for suspension with the hook fitting, or used on cross arms.

TYCSB Crossarm Mounted Stringing Block light weight and durability derive from the materials and methods used to make it. The material used for the frame is “virgin” A356-T6 aluminum, which is an aluminum alloy with very tightly controlled proportions of other materials to assure optimum performance during manufacture and in the field. Virgin material is material that has not been mixed with scrap material, not even with scrap of what may have once been the same alloy. The fact that Crossarm Mounted Stringing Block uses material assures that the material is exactly and only the pure and correct alloy, and that it has not been contaminated by impurities (notably iron) that often accompany non-virgin material.
