Features
1. It is forged by high strength alloy steel with high strength, small volume and light weight.
2. Surface galvanizing treatment, anti-wear and anti-corrosion.
Precautions for use
1. During use, the specified load shall not be exceeded, the pin shaft and buckle top shall be stressed, and the buckle body will be deformed due to horizontal use.
2. Shackle shall be used for binding during hoisting. During hoisting, the top buckle shall be on the top and the shaft pin shall be on the bottom. After the rope buckle is stressed, the pin shaft shall be pressed tightly. The pin shaft will not easily come out because of friction in the pin hole due to stress.
3. The shackle shall not be thrown down from a high place to prevent deformation or internal damage and crack caused by the landing collision of the shackle.

Notes
1. Before each use, the operator must perform a safety inspection on the sling and use it only after being qualified;
2. The sling must be inspected regularly by professionals (trained qualified personnel) every month;
3. If it is found that the dimensional wear of the sling is greater than 5% of the original size, it must be replaced in time;
4. If it is found that the amount of dimensional deformation exceeds 3% of the original size, it must be replaced in time to ensure safety.
